BUYING:

By shopping with us through our website you enter into a user agreement and are bound by and
accept our terms and conditions laid out here.
To protect both us the seller and you the buyer we have taken time to produce and prepare a full list of simple rules and regulations to adhere to.
Sometimes when we add new product it can sell out very fast upon release, when you add a product to your cart this does not mean you have purchased the item until you have completed checkout, items are only held in a cart for a few minutes before they will go back into stock.
Please note in the event an item is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Lot's of our product sells out instantly when added online, we offer the fairest way which is a date/time announcement in advance and it's sometimes a case of
'fastest fingers first'.
It should also be noted we don't accept or offer pre-sales in advance so please don't ask.

PAYMENT:

We accept all forms of participating debit and credit cards and paypal payments from all over the world. Paypal is the secure merchant we use to process all payments and is 100% safe and secure. We do not accept personal cheques or bank transfers. Any payments that come through as eCheques will not be posted until they clear. All orders will be sent to the address associated with payment as well as the receipt transactions and notifications will be sent to the email address used when buying. Occasionally people say they received no correspondance when purchashing,
if you're order is successful you will be notified straight away on our shop and then you will receive a paypal transaction receipt.
Please note, due to time issues it is impossible for us to notify you of a dispatch email.

DELIVERY:

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personally, however we aren't quite robots but tend to operate on average
of around 12-15 hours a day, 5/6 days a week, so we always aim for a super fast turnaround with purchases, however we do ask you to allow the following guidelines during normal working weeks :
3-5 working days to receive your item within the UK, 7-10 days Europe and longer RoW, each Country of course can vary. We also ask you to understand that weekends
aren't classed as working days, if you make a purchase on a Friday evening please don't expect it the day after. Please also note during bank/public holidays or during the festive period delivery is always going to take a few days longer. Nobody likes waiting for parcels, we know that. We always offer a fast and reliable service where we can. Please do NOT use the social networks to ask about an order, as you will not get a response there, because orders contain personal details and it's not the correct form of contact. Please only contact us via email if you need to ask a question about your order, please also allow the above guidelines to pass before asking about deliveries if in the rare event an item still hasn't arrived in the usual alloted time guidelines above.

POSTAGE:


All of our items are sent out using the services of Royal Mail, unless stated otherwise. All items in the UK are sent with First Class 'Royal Mail Signed For' unless clearly stated otherwise. This is a tracked service which requires a signature. In the event you miss delivery it is your duty to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail. If you miss delivery and the item is returned will will contact you upon receipt it is your duty to cover the costs of re-sending.
Each year postage costs increase and where possible we try our best to share the costs with the customer. PLEASE NOTE: All items we post are logged on an official Certificate of Bulk Posting Proof with everything we send out UK, Europe and the rest of World this includes reference numbers for UK and this is our proof of postage. We are NOT liable for items after we have posted them.
INTERNATIONAL customers:  Items are sent out overseas using the standard 'International Airmail' service. If you want your item sending out trackable/signed for then you must purchase the extra signed-for option as this will be of extra cost to you (on top of the standard postal weight price). Otherwise as stated above, items are sent out using International Airmail, this is a standard mail option, there is no tracking number with this, so please don't email asking for one. We cannot be held liable or responsible for any missing items sent abroad. Once we have posted something out we can do no more. If in any doubt at all then it's up to you to (and we recommend you do) add the signed for option. Once we have posted items out it is in the hands of the postal service of those countries and there is nothing we can do about it. Otherwise items are sent as stated above and in buying it is important we clarify that you accept our T&C when you enter into a purchase. In the UK where we can provide the tracking number and the item shows up as undelivered after an extended period of time without successful delivery, or non return back to us, we will refund 50% of the price.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO? :

Unlike quite a lot of UK based websites, we don't restrict where we ship to. We'll post anywhere in the world. However please note, Turkey, Russia and Italy are some Countries that can and do encounter problems with shipping. We have a loyal audience in Russia and are happy to send items there, though same with Italy there can be delays and sometimes the items may take a few weeks to arrive. This is down to the postal services and customs of those Countries and is out of our hands. As above if in doubt please use the signed for/trackable service at extra cost.

RETURNS:


We will refund or exchange an item if required if it is returned in the exact same condition and packaging it was delivered in and within
14 days of purchase. We don't send receipts out with our goods as they are all covered with a Paypal transaction receipt and a unique order number on our shop.
You also receive an order acknowledgement at checkout and an email from our store. If purchased from a store (one of our stockists) please follow their own store policy. We
do not accept any returns from, or for stores or stockists, only items purchased directly from us.
You
MUST contact us prior to returning any items. And they must be sent with trackable/proof of postage and
a note with your details so we know where they came from, otherwise we won't know. All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping so we will not refund items deemed faulty if we believe so, otherwise it will be at our discretion. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods once worn, used or washed. Please note
only in the event where we have sent an incorrect item will we re-imburse return postage costs, any other returns are to be paid in full by the sender. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and checking of the item once received in it's original sent form only, so it is in re-sellable condition as was sent, if you can't send the full packaging back this will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Our sizing guide is clearly available to refer to on all items of clothing, we ensure we take the correct time out to measure up and check all garments we sell and then a size guide is added to the product page. So please ensure you check the sizing prior to order to avoid the inconvenience of returns
Sale or clearance items sold at a reduced rate to clear stocks are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Care guides are also on all of our clothing where possible. Our sizing guide is clearly available to refer to on all items of clothing, we ensure all are measured up and checked and a guide added. So please ensure you check the sizing prior to order to avoid the inconvenience of returns.
Our care guide is clear and simple - All of our garments should carry their own easy to follow care guides where possible, one item that doesn't is the The Weir hats, these can be hand washed or washed on a delicate machine cycle only.
Refer to the specific garments washing instructions/care guide or the items page if the garment doesn't carry a label.
PLEASE NOTE : Certain lines maybe sent with standard first class mail if the item is small enough to come in line with
the 'large letter' standard package (ie stickers/beermats).
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we believe it to be in our interests. Refunds/exchanges are at the descretion of ourselves.

SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What are your garment sizes?
Our product is  usually always a regular fit and pretty true to size, e.g. Large = 22.5" armpit to armpit,  XL = 24 armpit to armpit, See above for more details. All items of clothing are represented by their own size guide on their pages though. We've covered it!

Do you only accept Paypal as a payment?

Paypal is the main payment accepted. Paypal does also cater for bank cards and credit cards. It's very easy and convenient and you don't have to sign up or have an account to use it. It can be used to checkout with a bank card. It is used as the merchant to process payments. We can also ship to anywhere in the world.
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. Again see below for more details.

How do I buy your product?

Online via our site, any in stock item is available to purchase directly with a 'buy now' button. Selected product can also be purchased via any of our current selling partners or stockists subject to their stock availability.

Do you do women's or childrens Tees?

At present there are no plans to develop our designs on to any other tees than stated, ie baby wear or 'skinny fit' tees. We don't get enough demand for this type of tee to currently make it viable, though never say never, we do appreciate there are quite a few female fans. Most of our design work is aimed at the male persuasion or film, music, football lover. That's not to say we're being ageist or indeed sexist, if there is a demand for a certain design we'll strive to see what we can do subject to manufacturing availability.

I live abroad, can I purchase your product?

Absolutely. We'll send our tees out to anywhere in the world. With free postage worldwide. Please see payment details below for more details on costs and postal guides.

Can you supply your product in bulk for sale?

Yes, we currently supply several stores with our tees and are in negotiations with others. We'd be delighted to send our tees out to reach a wider market without going overboard. For details on minimum supply, cost and more details please email us. We have a policy and system in place for store supplies.
Our other product is usually done in very limited quantities and thus available exclusively online through this site.
Where possible we will offer product to our retail parntners.

Why do I not receive a receipt/invoice paperwork?

As stated above we are a 21st Century business operating fully online. We feel the use of paperwork is excessive, time consuming and an unnecessary burden on the environment. It isn't required as most/if not all of the transactions are done via paypal. The paypal transaction is your proof and receipt of purchase. When you check out you are taken to a page which clearly acknowledges your order has been successful. When you check out with paypal you will receive an email from our store notifying you of your order as will we. We'd love to respond personally to each and every sale and to let you know about orders being dispatched but time contraints and sales volumes prevent this.
